about heather
Heather first stepped onto the yoga mat more than two decades ago, and since then, finds herself growing physically and spiritually through her ongoing practice. As a registered nurse for over a decade, she has seen how yoga provides a holistic approach to healing that complements and sometimes succeeds where Western medicine falls short, promoting overall well-being through the integration of breath, movement, and mindfulness. Heather is certified through the Yoga Alliance, completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training as well as Yin Yoga and Meditation certifications. She enjoys teaching slow, mindful flows and yin yoga as a way for students to reconnect with their human “being.”

All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Heather...Lovely class! The right balance of effort and ease, with lots of options for modifications to make it right for you. I loved the clear theme that was woven through the entire class. And the instructor was knowledgeable, welcoming, lighthearted, and fun.
